Time Series starts in first row with 'Date' in Column A (maximum 25,000 days in series)
Alternative input units specified in 'Date' row
	Flow	acre-ft, ac-ft, cfs, m3/d, or hm3/d
	Conc	ppb, ppm, mg/l, ug/l
	Rain	inches, in, cm
	ET	inches, in, cm
	Depths	cm, ft, m
Inflow concentration (Col C) required for each day with positive inflow.
Inflow Concentration would normally vary with date (constant for demonstration)
Columns F - AI contain optional user-specified time series for constrained depths, outflows, or withdrawals (max 30)
Cell labels 2 rows above 'Date' row  (16 in this example) are referenced on the DMSTA parameter input sheet.
Columns to right of first blank column in the Label row (16 in this case) are ignored; these can be used for calculations etc.
